Very upset first told me i didnt have another coupon for an oil change when i clearly have 1 more left.. never rotated my tires never gave me a sticker for the miles so i kknew when to get the next oil change and never gave me the multi point inspection paper so i dont even know if anything was good and or bad...was never treated like this

When I called to see when my car would be ready the guy said that they would have to keep it overnight - this was something that wasn’t discussed prior to me dropping my car off. Had I known this I would have prepared differently. I asked if I could have a vehicle so that I can take care of my business and not have to Uber everywhere. The guy said he had no vehicles. So I had to Uber which was costly for the 2 days. It would make sense to let the customer know that the car needs to be held overnight in advance not while the car is there.
