Things were good but when I got home my wife came out to look and she had to push in the grill at The corner it was sticking out and I never noticed due to bad sight but it’s all good

My card has been charged twice for the service, as of now, not been resolved. After dropping my car off, I went with my daughter to Stuart Toyota, where she was having similar work done. Hers finished, returned to Kia, and waited another hour. When I bought the car 5 years ago Your amenities was award winning... not the case now.

While Seth was good, you have a broken customer service system! My vehicle was supposed to be completed on Tuesday. I called multiple times to check the status. 1 Vm wasn't wasn't set up and I could never speak to a live person. I was sent to 3 different VM. I finally called and told the receptionist that no one is calling back. She then looked and said that the car is in progress and won't be done that day. Wednesday morning Seth called to apologize and say it should be done that day. An hour later, he called to say it wouldn't be completed, but would be done Thursday. I received the call that the car was done Thursday morning and Seth sent the courtesy car over to pick me.up. I get in my van to drive home and the check engine light is on. I plug in my code reader and it has over 12 issues. I pull back into the lot and for 1 1/2 hours sit and wait for them to figure out that they didn't plug in a Cam sensor or something else. Who pulled the car out of the garage and why would they call me and release a car to me that has the check engine light on that wasn't on when I brought it in. Instead, I waste 1 1/2 hours waiting for them to figure it out. While sitting outside, I become even more frustrated as I see multiple service advisors available! Yet when I called to check the status of my vehicle, a live person to speak with could not be found. I asked Seth if any thing could be done for the inconvenience of waiting 3 days and then waiting 1 1/2 hours and was told no. Also, while sitting and waiting, I was speaking with a guy who brought his Sedona in because the air it blows when stopped is warm. He tells me he just had his oil changed, etc but wants to figure out the a/c. Your advisor comes to tell him that the person recommends a new belt, that the oil might be leaking around the gasket and...that the oil looks old and needs changing. The oil had only 400 miles and he tells the advisor who says, "ok, I'll scratch that off!". When you lose the trust of your customers with poor service and recommendations, it will affect your overall business. I hope you get these issues fixed!

I came in without an appointment with a nail in my tire. It wouldn't hold any air at all. Justin fitted my car in without an appointment and got me back on the road in an hour.

Triple booking of appointments is not a nice practice. I was there 3 1/2 hours for an oil change, rotation, and front and alignment. All of your service personnel were very professional and pleasant and your sales rep. Kirby was as well.

After my stuff got stolen from my car last week when it was in your care, I had hoped that I would have gotten the best customer service this time. My car was towed to Kia yesterday I left a message that it was there and that someone should call me in the morning so I could explain what happened. I hadn’t heard from anyone in the morning so I called several times was bounced around on the phone never got anyone left about five messages. Finally around 1 o’clock in the afternoon I got a call from someone saying they just got the message and I had no idea my car was there. Once they took care of the car and I went to pick it up a piece of the car above the door was hanging off. Cory told me I must’ve happened during detailing and that he would order another part. Honestly I’ve been dealing with Kayla for 10 years with a little problems but lately it has been a **** show. I’m ready for a trade-in but unfortunately I won’t be working with Kia anymore.

Had to wait. An they were trying to charge me for having my oil changed but we were told it was free so we are upset
