Frank was great but I had a tire rotation and they did not fill the tires with air. I’m supposed to get my car serviced and the air pressure was overlooked. So now I’ll have to do it myself.

dropped off my car to get new key fob, ended up having my old key fob deactivated. Waiting an hour to be to be told it would be fixed right away, to then be told my car would be dropped off at my work place. While wiaitjng got my thumb slammed into a door with profuse bleeding and difficulty getting assistance with bandaid from staff. To only later be called and told that someone hit my car while in the hands and supervision of KIA. Really great service guys. Keep up the good work.
