Kaitlyn was fantastic in getting my car done in fast time. I ended up going to the dealership to pick up my car. I ended up buying a new K6. So Kaitlyn will be seeing us for hopefully a few more years! Thank you!

He just didn't do as the ones I've had before. He didn't come in the waiting area to speak to me, he called me so I went out to him. He said I thought you'd left. I had a question about something, he got someone else to answer my question and address it. I'm not sure if he didn't know the answer or he just didn't want to be standing out there in the driveway. I've always had excellent relationship with my contacts there. It was just different this time. I ask before about the tire bolt remover as I don't have one.. Never did. I was told they usually get some extras in and they'd let me know. That's been several months ago and I forgot to mention it this time.

We schedeled the appt early enough so we could pick up the car during my lunch break, but the call never came until 330. We only had an oil change and got the call about the brakes around 1030. More than enough time to pick up the car during lunch. I even tried to call several time to see if the car was ready and still nothing this 330. Other that this no issues
