My wait time was longer than told. I was in the waiting room the whole time. Took 20 minutes to even get checked in because of the line of customers before me.

Joseph Jr. was very thorough. Love your set up versus the Stuart location. I liked the text in case I had questions, & the checkout at the service kiosk. I worked using your Wi-Fi the entire 2 hours and got a lot done as well. I’ll be back!

Pablo is the definition of customer service, I took my car to Kia multiple times since I’ve had this car and no one told me I had multiple maintenances that I could’ve used due to being bought when I purchased the vehicle. He also let me know about Sunbit which is the reason I was able to get what I needed done. He stayed in constant communication with me through the process, he was gracious in speech, and didn’t treat me like I was supposed to be knowledgeable with cars. He’s a good guy and my wife and I will be bringing both cars to bev smith Kia from now on.
