As always Bev Smith goes above and beyond! Sandra Dudley made sure I got my appointment set and even helped me change the date when I was unable to bring my car on the initial date. Frank answered all of my questions and let me know about upcoming services needed.
I was sent a letter about a recall for my trunk latch. I called and set up an appointment to get it replaced and inquired about getting an oil change at the same time. I believe the receptionist was Jennifer. I said it's not due yet but close and she said it would be $69. I said okay. She set it up for the next day. I arrived @10:15am, my appt for 10:30am. I waited until 1:30pm (3hrs) for my car to be returned. It was at that point I was told by Caitlyn that the latch was not put on because you all didn't have it in stock and that she had to order it but it wouldn't arrive for 4 days. Well needless to say I was Not happy. I just spent 3 hours sitting there with no way to even get some lunch for just an oil change. She originally told me I would be out by 1pm with the latch fixed and oil change. I had mentioned to her when I arrived that I had another important appt. That afternoon. How come no one let me know from the get go that I would have to come back because you didn't have the latch and I could have gone back home and rescheduled for another day. No one let me decide how my time would be spent. Then she told me the oil change would be $89 and not $69. which is what I set it up for. The 1st time I came there with Petra, she was very informative and I was out in an hour just as she said. My whole day wasted and I had 1 hour to myself after all that to try and have something for lunch and make it to my appointment. I am very disappointed. Went to Gunther Kia for service for years when I lived in Fort Lauderdale and never went thru anything like this.

Disappointed to learn the Batteries and Tires For Life program had been withdrawn without notice. The warranty was a major reason we purchased a new vehicles eight years ago. I suppose the old cliche is true; "a warranty is only as good as the paper it's written on".
Service was done well and satisfied. Amount of time of waiting for routine service was extraordinarily long.

Excellent experience
Pablo was great but the wait time was too long. I was there for almost 5 hours and during that time no one even checked on me or let me know the status.
The job was done well but it took way longer than I was told.
Caitlin was wonderful and knowledgeable and I'll happily choose her again!
