Pablo, my advisor was great. My frustration is with the fact I had to come back three times after my initial appointment. At the first appointment I was told nothing could be done because parts needed to be ordered. The second appointment fixed one issue and an oil change. It was determined that another part was needed to fix my window issue. I returned for a third appointment and was informed that the wrong part came in and I would have to come back. On the fourth visit it seems the issue was taken care of. In this timeframe, I took two days off from work for the appointments. It was frustrating.

Brout vehicle in for the first free oil change. Got vehicle back. The vehicle computer still states vehicle needs oil change and check engine light is on. No oil change was performed! Key to my vehicle had been tagged "Detail". Vehicle wasn't detailed either!!!

My car returned from its service being completed (across the street from the dealership) before 11am. I saw it parked by the entrance to the main shop. I assumed it required additional service since I received no text or call and Justin didn't come find me. I watched it sit there for 45 min before texting Justin at 11:45 and asking for a status. I walked up to his workstation but he was on the phone. At aprox noon I walked up again and asked for a status and was told it was complete. So it sat there for over an hour, as did I, without any notification. I was clearly upset and told Justin that and he somewhat skeptically said 'an hour?' He said nothing else as he checked my paperwork while I watched him, he went over the work done and asked for my signatures and gave me the keys. He never attempted to explain the delay or apologize for it. This was my first service experience and I couldn't be more disappointed. I get more emails and texts from the dealership than I can count (including one less than 30 days after I had purchased the vehicle asking if I wanted to trade it in!). Feels to me like you should work on your operational communication protocols a bit more than your sales and marketing.
Took too long.
Gave me an Uber ride home but you don’t tip the driver.
Took too long for oil change and tire rotation.
Had to wait 25 minutes to check out as lady before had issues so I was left waiting.
Too many requests for reviews and trade in requests. Every time a service appointment a review is requested l….overkill! Limit these requests.
Per my husband, who went for the service," The advisor could have been more helpful with explanation on the service, what was happening, what needed to be done, instead of telling him to sign a paper and tell him where the car was. Other than that everything else as good!"
Caitlin is very efficient advisor with a positive attitude.
