All they have done is lie about my services they kept my car for almost 4 months telling me that I need it a new engine and it was going to take time for you guys to order it and receive it I was like ok that’s fine so finally after almost 4 months you called me saying that my cars is ready and that the bill was for $1475 because I need it some other stuff I go pickup my car you give me my invoice i don’t see anything about a new engine getting replaced so you say to me you never told me that I was like ok no problem the next day my oil light is on I go again to Kia and ask you about you said oh no worries we forgot to reset it but an oil change was done so I said please check so you told one of your employee witch he was rude when I asked him if he check the oil he said yes I said ok whatever I gotta go I start driving the oil light comes back on so I decided to take to a shop to check my oil they told I had no oil in my car so I decided to bring it back to Kia and let you know ones again another lie so I asked the guy who apparently check my oil the day before at this point ones again his straight up ignoring me took his phone out and was just ignoring me I got frustrated and went to a different guy he checked the oil and yes it was empty they took my car to do the oil change and after 5 minutes driving my car engine light comes up my car starts shaking same issue that I had when I took the car the first time I lost count of how many times I called and no one answered left several voice mails and no call back so please someone get back to me in regards of my car thanks horrible service

Pablo was very polite and extremely helpful in providing answers to all of my concerns regarding my Kia... Pablo conducted himself with excellence and integrit. I am, extremely pleased with the service I received from "Kia" today!

Car barely made it home. Will have to have it towed in the morning. Now, instead of the brakes not working, they come on as soon as you take your foot off the accelerator.

Fred exemplified professionalism and was thorough throughout.

Fred is great! Always pleasant and communicative. Jim leads well and does what he should as a customer service leader, I truly appreciate him and Tim S. And Fred they have been wonderful to me and a blessing indeed. However, my car still isn’t functioning properly and I’m not sure if if the car or the techs working on the car. Either way the three of them have been great and always helpful.
