We went in with a mechanical concerns on our soul where it hesitates to shift, this has only happened in 2 occasions. The service advisor took the time to test it and scan the computer and everything was ok. He mentioned if this continues to happen, to please bring the car immediately

Thank you. The service manager Joseph was spot on. I highly recommend him. The only problem that I have with Kia as a whole and their gray zone of recalls really stinks. Kia sends out multiple letters. Santa is a recall on an engine part. You take it in. You're expecting that to be fixed, but there's a little grace, a gray section in there saying well. Technically we don't have to replace it just yet and that really ticks a lot of people off personally. That's my wife's car. I am really dissatisfied with the Kia products and it's brother products. But as far as your your technicians go and your service people I don't have a problem with them. It's just unfortunate that you guys get caught up in all the bureaucratic crap and probably take 99% of the heat for it. What's really **** for you and everybody else already well off to find another mechanic. Can't afford the key as parts or service anymore. You'll have a wonderful blessed day. Have a blessed year

I’m am very disappointed that I made an appointment to have my ten thousand oil changed and what all that entails. We even put in the recall on my car. I was there at 8 am. I left at almost 11. BUT I was told that the recall part was not done. I was told that in a couple of days the recall part would be here and that I could come back and get it done! SAY WHAT! They were out of the part. I am still working at 75, if I do not work I do not get paid! There seems to have been some people just driving in to get their recall done so they are out of stock. All I can say is I had an 8:30 am app. got there at 8am. I do not want to be told they are out of stock! When did we know that?
