This dealership should be the example for the company. You watch how the people here treat customers and truly you see they are caring, no heavy sales pitches but truly enjoy their jobs and equally treating their customers like they are family. Your service technician didn't do anything to try and diagnose my problem and subsequently didn't fix the issue. A total waist of my time.

Unfortunately the woman checking me out was new.I understand there is a learning process. First printed invoice charging me $108 for oil change & tire rotation. I explained I have a warranty & should be free. Once she found that had to have someone help her void & prepare new one . He told her how & left. She then had to wait for him to come back to complete & wait before able to print. I feel he should have stayed with me the customer until complete. Too long process to just sign an invoice

Caitlin was awesome, as was everyone else I encountered in the service department. I arrived pretty early and they took my car in right away. Caitlin thoroughly explained everything to me from my options to all of the components of service I would receive, she is very knowledgeable & efficient & professional. I was out of there much sooner than I thought & will be back for my next oil change and service needs.
