My grandson brought the car in and was waiting inside but Fred called me at work and was very rude I didn't appreciate how he talked to me and my grandson said he was rude to him like he didn't believe my grandson was even there this is the first time I've was treated like this and I have bought five cars from you

I'm really not satisfied because Thee Service Dept & machanic did not replace or repaired all the needed parts that were promised in order to have my 2014 Kia SOUL drive & running properly this caused Mee to be disappointed????????

They took my key lock for my tires out of the case but never but it back I’m very upset about that
It took 1 month for my car to be repaired. I had to call several times to find out the status, instead of someone (advisor/manager) calling me to keep me updated. Upon getting my car back there was a scratch on the side that was not there when I dropped it off 1 month prior. The service manager was extremely disrespectful as he immediately accused me of damaging my vehicle that was in the shop for 1 month. His first words were accusatory instead of a greeting or even an apology for the inconvenience of not having my car for 1 month (3/22/24-4/17/24). Along with the scratch on the side, there was some sort of red liquid spilled on my car and a cap near my gear shift was missing. Overall, not a pleasant experience AT ALL.
