You need to hire more people like Jamie Feliciano. She was great. She was the first to explained everything they did with my vehicle. We were very satisfied with her and am hoping you hire more like her. I give her a 100%.

Dropped off vehicle on a Thursday, May 9, and was assigned a service manager, Cory, received a text from Jamie on the following Monday, May 13th, giving a generic greeting. I heard nothing until I tried to call Cory on the Thursday, May 16th, after we dropped it off. He did not answer so I left a voicemail. The following Monday, May 20th, I attempted to call again left another voicemail. I received another text message and responded to the text asking for an update on the vehicle with no answer. I emailed Cory on the next Wednesday, May 22nd, with no answer. I drove down on the Friday, May 25th, to speak with him directly. It was then he told me I was reassigned to Jamie and he gave me an update on the vehicle that warranty was covering the services. After talking with Jamie on Saturday, June 1st, she stated the vehicle would be done Saturday or Monday. I called Monday and she said she would give me an update before end of day and the vehicle was still not ready end of day. I called later Tuesday to see if the vehicle was ready and it was not. Jamie called me Wednesday morning to inform me the vehicle was ready to be picked up but the battery was dead and it would need to be replaced because the vehicle was there for almost a month. The battery replacement resulted in a 300 charge but she was able to give me a 5% discount. We love the finance team, purchasing three vehicles from Bev Smith, but I will deter everyone away from the service department. If we have another issue with warranty we will be taking it to Vero Beach Kia.
