I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. When picking the vehicle up I noticed the mileage on my paper work was over my actual mileage by 8 thousand. ( my car reads 75,786 and paper work reads 83,000 +) The advisor had left for the day, which is no big deal. And the women who handled my paper work after was very nice and enjoyable to speak too. I did ask her if that was the mileage for my next oil change and she said yes. After leaving i noticed the mileage sticker read 88,000 + for my next service. Which is very clearly off. I called and was told I needed to come back and have them adjust it. Once I got there I showed a technician who was out front and he agreed it was strange and asked the advisor that was still there what to do. She wasn’t the kindest about telling him (in front of me) that I needed to come back in the morning as there was nothing she could do. I told them I am unable to return for the rest of the week during open service hours as I work. She then shrugged and said I’d have to call. I do have a warranty on engine and transmission and due to this, I keep any and all paperwork on my vehicle services. Accidents happen and that’s okay I was just disappointed with the lack of care on the mistake on their part. I left a message for the service manager and am expecting to hear from him shortly. Otherwise my experience with Bev smith Kia has always been smooth and enjoyable. Hoping to resolve this issue easily and get the correct paper work.

Ask them to lock the keys in the car so we could pick up after hours. It did not happen

Kevin was GREAT!!!!!!!! What a helpful, experienced and a real professional employee!! Not only did he know what he was talking about but he also knew how to present to myself. Rotate 4 tires, change oil, 2.5 hours!!,,Unacceptable! I have bought 4 Kia's from Bev Smith in 4 years. Expect different level of service. Wallace calls me every week. Please correct.
