My car went in for 3 recalls. I had a 10:00 am appointment. The first update I received was over 24 hours later, after I had made 3 calls, asking for an update. The women that answered the phone said she had sent out 2 messages to my adviser and 2 managers. There was no response. They told me they needed to order a part. I had made my appointment a month before bringing my car, and they weren’t prepared when it was my appointment. They had no concern or answer for why 3 updates took over 3 days. When I finally went to pick up my car, Jamie never even acknowledged how long it took, she could care less. No apology for it taking longer than it should have. We have bought 2 vehicles from Bev Smith in the last 2 years. Not sure I will continue doing anything with them, from now on. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 0, on my last visit. It was non-professional and unacceptable.
My service experience was 10 star treatment / greeted with smiles and was welcome to the Bev Smith family. Service welcome room was clean and had everything from drinks and snacks. The waiting room chairs were like u were in your own living rm. I must say while I was sitting waiting my car that was being service . My sales rep met me to see if all is going as plan. Also your cleaning staff was always making sure it was kept clean. And your service rep always kept me inform of my cars process . Will always return ( when needed ) to your service center and if ever to re purchase a new Kia . Thank you Donald L

I had a coupon for $69.95 for an oil change. Was told the oil change price went up to had to pay $95. I was scammed by a salesman and now scammed by a service agent. Totally disgusted with Bev Smith
Very satisfied with Cory staying in touch with me while my car was getting worked on. Bev Smith Kia is always on top when it comes to their customers. I also want to thank Tim Seymour for always responding with an answer when I have a question. Great Team!! Keep it up????
They did a oil change and they didn’t put coolant on and my car got over heated they mess my car up I will never recommend y’all for nothing
