Cory did a phenomenal customer service in regards to my needs and getting my issues resolved and prompt service.
I drove the car home. It sat in front of my house until 4pm. My wife and I went out to dinner and when we finished we returned to the car and the air is not working again. The repair lasted for 7 hours…we will be calling in the morning to let service know it’s coming back in

I don’t know why this message was even sent to me. I get a message from Cory saying my car was serviced and ready for pick up. I drive 2 hours south to pick up car and it wasn’t ready at all. Cory’s text message didn’t explain what service was supposedly done. When I asked he said it was for a detail which I don’t k ow how he was able to do that when the car wasn’t even drivable! So in reality. NO SERVICE OR DETAIL WAS DONE!! Now I am still waiting for the car to get repaired, because KIA doesn’t want to pay for work to be done on it. This is ridiculous and unprofessional! I can see why you only get 1 star rating.
We were two and a half hours to get a scheduled oil change. What good is it in making an appointment I think I could have driven in without an appointment and got an oil change faster.
I wish to compliment your service department. Kevin Engle kept me informed and made sure I was aware of the status of my vehicle. He did a great job of explaining and helping me understand what was happening and getting the vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Thank you.
Had an 11am appointment, when making my appointment I explained I had to be to work at 4. I live 40 minutes away and still had to get ready. They told Mr no problem. When dropping off my car I noticed they were extremely busy. I explained to Kevin again the urgency of time, I even offered to leave and reschedule. Kevin told me my car would be ready at 130 then said just incase let's make it 2. Thank God while waiting for me car I decided to purchase a new car, which Kevin had no idea. I finally received a text from Kevin at 415 telling me my car was ready. This is unexceptable and has happened to me another time. You know the saying 3 strikes and your out

On my 3rd visit to the Dealership the engine overheat issue was correctly diagnosed.
Why it took 3 visits is another issue, but the K5 is running fine now.

My first service visit. Everyone was very courteous and professional. The only negative was I waited 2 1/2 for service to be completed.
Next visit I will schedule in am and then go to work.

Oil change, multi-point insp., and new windshield wipers, and yet, zero windshield wiper fluid in the car. Also, all your employees look like they are ready to melt wearing black synthetic uniforms in the crazy FL heat. This is FL, have some compassion, switch to a no iron cotton! Maybe an eye catching tropical print? No wonder the washer fluid was skipped. Everyone looks like they're exhausted from the heat.
Waiting, watching the lane next to me move four cars and the lane I was in moved one vehicle and no acknowledgement while I waited.

Gm my car wasn't serviced the lights are still on and it has no oil in it no one even did an oil change or anything and it's extremely hot under that car as if it's about to explode
