Last two three visit wait was too seeing a rep to write up the service. Rep did not know what the visits were for. Wait too Long for complementary shuttle. Complementary car wash and vac was offered but not done on either visit.

Number one: I received 3 text regarding this appointment all of which were replied to as YES I will be there for my 7:00am appointment. To add insult to injury I the n received two more follow up phone calls regarding my appointment making an annoying total of five times that you took me away from my business. When I showed up at my 7:00am appointment, no one was there to take care of me and waited nearly Twenty Minutes to get checked in. I asked that the maintenance indicator be reset and was told it was however it was not. I was also told that my brakes were in the yellow which is fine, but on my receipt it stated brakes need attention. What the hell does that mean?? I have been going to you since 2018 and have noticed that the people I have worked with before are no longer there. I am no longer comfortable at Kia Fort Pierce and to be honest I don’t trust you.

Kevin and the team were super awesome. They were managed to complete my car even though they were add-ons that needs to be done like the tires so I do appreciate all the guys do.

We had our 5000 mile check up on Saturday. All good! Today, Sunday, October 15th, we drove 200 miles home only to discover a smoking engine, oil everywhere and a missing dip stick. The Sorrento is now un-drivable and on its way to St. Augustine Family Kia for evaluation. Please have the top GM call me immediately.
