Kevin was great at taking care of my recall today , he was very informative and profesional, he deserves a 10. Now in regards of the company KIA or the dealer location I was very disappointed to hear that the KIA could not keep up with parts. I have lease a 2024 Telluride and it’s been a year and I ran into an issue with the window trim falling off from the right side of the vehicle the adhesive has defect and is not strong enough to keep the aluminum and rubber trim in place , apparently KIA is aware of the issue but is unacceptable that I have to wait for months because the part is not available.

I rarely respond to these but I felt Kevin did such an exceptional job that I had to. What most satisfied me even though the work still has additional issues, is his excellent communication skills and the way that he truly listened to what I had to say so that the troubleshooting on the vehicle was done properly. I saw a printout of what he thought was the issue based on what I stated and it proved he was truly listening. When I pulled into the dealership everybody was very polite and well behaved and professional. That's so important nowadays. I wished I could afford to trade my car in but I can't otherwise I wood and I would do it through bad Smith Kia because of the way I was treated today. Apparently my friend just bought a Kia K5 from your dealership and I only wished I would have known that I could have gotten that same car or one like it for around the price she did or I would never have bought my other car which was used from Infinity of Stuart. The experience with infinity of Stuart is the worst car purchased experience I've ever had.
Catilin is phenomenal!!!!
Angela was fast and very efficient. She explained the process and I did not have to wait to be taken care of. My car was ready a lot sooner than I expected. Very pleased.
Lack of communication within the service department
Takes way too long for an oil change. I can’t imagine how much longer I would have been there if it was for something else. They say they are working on the car but upon checking my Kia app nothing had been opened such as the hood which is what needs to be opened in order to get that oil change!
We were mote than completely sayisgied with our service experience with Kevin Engle! So much so that we will request his service for future visits!
