When I took the vehicle initially there for service I transfered my oil change packages from Sunrise Kia to BevSmith. Now I’m being told I have to bring proof of this accepted transfer by your dealership each time I have an oil change? This was already in your computer system and was never told this initially. Today I was told there was nothing in the system by my service rep. Please help me understand what I’m missing here as this was accepted for X amount of oil changes.

It’s completely satisfied with all the help in making the right decision for my SUV needs from Fred and parts department. There professional and expertise went a long way with me. Caitlyn was great, very attentive. Seemed like a lot of people around the service area seemingly not doing all that much, but 2 people did ask if I was interested in trading in my brand new vehicle, which seemed odd.
