My appointment was at 7:30 am and i received no help until 8 am when it appears all the service representative had just arrived. No point in scheduling someone then making them wait 30 minutes.

I bought my car at this dealership back in 2014 and exclusively bring it to rock Honda for all my maintenance needs because they have always exceeded my expectations. The service has always been amazing; the last two times I’ve been here for my service appointments I’ve had the luck of having Anthony Johnson as my advisor. He always ensures my vehicle is properly taken care of and serviced properly, and advises me of what services I should be looking into next to keep my civic running as smooth as possible.
