I took my car for a fan noise and the air conditioning was not blowing cold air. After I pickup my car the fan noise was still there and there was a humming noise coming from the outside. The technician checked it out and said it was normal. I'm not please with the answer.

The Advisor who was helping me left work due to sickness. No one told the customer, no handoff was done. I sat from 8:30a until almost 3:00p and no one was even working on my car. I asked 3 employees and no until the 4th person went to find out the eta on my car being finished. And that’s all I wanted. I had to be taken home by courtesy only to have to come back by courtesy to get car. I was told that a part had been scheduled for delivery at 4:00p which I believe was a lie. Customer service was terrible and for that I will never come back to Rock Honda.
Your process is very slow and some not all personal is not very friendly.
