Luis was the first service representative that answered all of our questions honestly and was very respectful.
After completing a B service we left and a few miles away on the 15 freeway a atypical sound came from the engine bay. Upon further inspection the skid plate was not bolted back properly (causing vibration at speed) also a plug was left unplugged on the engine. We returned to Rock and Ricardo directed the tech to correct all the faults and perform another inspection. This oversight took another hour.

I always have had a great experience with Shafiq. I was disappointed in that the shuttle service wasn’t available. I’ve gotten to know the driver over the years. He’s been nice, fun to chat with & reliable. It’s a detriment to customer service that he and the shuttle service is gone.
