Upon arrival Eduardo was having a conversation with a colleague and took a while to acknowledge that we needed help. Customer Service skills are lacking, lack of urgency to support clients (trust me I don’t want to be there more than you do). I wish that the service department associates had the same energy and cordial approach as the sales department. It’s unfortunate that our very first experience was unsatisfactory. I would encourage Honda to pay attention to those that are in the service department and coach and train them in customer service tips and techniques.

My Honda was due for service it was supposed to have an oil change and my tires rotated I got my car and the tires were not rotated we realized that when we got home so I called the Honda dealer I asked for Mariano Galdamez he was not in so I left a message for him to call me back I still haven’t received a call I don’t have time to be going back and forth and money for gas to be wasting to keep going back-and-forth I am very unsatisfied with the service

My Rock Honda Representative Eddie was excellent, but bringing my car back 4 times for a repair that should of been done right from a dealership the 1st time is not good . My vehicle has risked engine damage do to oil leaks for the time my vehicle spent at this facility it should of been done correctly. But thanks I just hope it doesn’t leak again.
