Ricardo was great but my experience to get an appt yesterday was horrible. I had called Rick Honda yesterday to make appt. They would transfer call but phone would just ring. I called twice and still had no answer. I called again and asked for a supervisor. I left s message but no one called me back. I then went online to chat. I text Milton who said someone would have Service Team call me. Gave them my preferred time. Few hours later still no call. I text again and dealt with Ken. He said he would have someone call me . Never got return call from a supervisor or Service Team. I ended up just driving my car the next day without appt. Ricardo was the only one who was responsive.

Stephen was completely rude towards the end of my service and not very organized! He clamores to have contacted my husband about my vehicle when in fact he never spoke to my husband about my vehicle! His attitude was un Professional and he seemed stressed with his work load like he can’t handle his work load and took out his stress on me the client, not cool! He was very unknowledgeable with what was going on with my car after it was there for 4 hours for a diagnostic check

I would really appreciate if you added online appointments I have calls it takes a long time to get a hold of somebody and then once I do getting to talk to somebody in service department is very difficult so if you added online appointments it would be a huge upgrade

I had an appointment for 8:30, when I got there I seen two lines one was blocked off and I was on the other. Many cars drove around the cones and where checked in before the lane already waiting. I waited an hour to be checked in after my appointment time and another hour and thirty minutes for my car to be done. My service was easy an oil change. Other times I have been seen with better service but today was not there best. Only comment is if you guys are behind do to low staff then a strategy should be enforced. Wether that means taking only appointments for the day or enforcing the appointments come first policy.

Everything was fine with the service itself, but when trying to call back to get information on my car the phone rang several times and when someone finally picked up I was then placed on hold for several minutes. Not sure what’s going on with your service department this. This is not the first time this has happened.
