I was glad that Ronny & Glen took over with my concerns of my CR-V. Another rep ‘Stephen’ was rude. Unprofessional, Rude and dishonest when I try to get help. I still don’t understand why he he lied to me for NO reason when coming for help. I’m thankful for Ronny & Glen who cared about me and my needs on my new CR-V.

I asked Eddie if he can kindly take care of my oil change because i was already there taking care of my flat tire and my car would be there overnight because the tire wasn’t available. I also asked about having my car washed included in the service as most Honda dealerships and reps have done previously. Eddie said it wasn’t a problem and he assured me this would be done but when i picked up my car the oil change wasn’t taken care of nor was my car washed. I just think the customer service and the communication was poor. He gave me his business card but his voicemail wasn’t set up? I also text and he never called or replied to try to rectify the miscommunication. All bad!

I asked for an alignment as I have a lifetime alignment, advisor seemed like she wanted to rush me. she told me my car passed the “alignment test” so I couldn’t receive one. Listen my car was driven across the nation and hasn’t had an alignment in 6 months. Just driving it and seeing it drifts to the side I know it needs an alignment. I even scheduled a damn appointment and still refused my alignment. I asked her for the paper saying my car passed the alignment test and I didn’t even get the normal paper they give you with the alignment specs. Just some document showing the back of my car and two bullet points stating something about my wheels lols. Not to mention the overall terrible attitude service members had when trying to direct cars. Not the customers fault you guys had two stuck cars in the appointment lines. Stop giving attitude. Too bad I can’t transfer my life time alignment. The only reason I came here was for alignment cus I know my civic needs it but I was refused that because the advisor bumped my appointment to a “express service “ it would be faster if I didn’t get it, I know lol. At least give me the correct documentation. Otherwise there was no need for me to travel 30 mins down the cajon pass for a 150$ oil change and tire rotation I could’ve got cheaper literally anywhere else. Big L

Went through Honda care, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Got hung up on the phone multiple times , they never came for my car the first day & people were very unprofessional and rude. As far as service… ONCE I finally got my car towed in, was fast. Just the other 16 hours of waiting for my car to be picked up while I had work was very frustrating, now considering going back with triple A because I don’t want to rely on Honda for roadside assistance or good service.
