Had an exterior rear light out. I had to ask a stranger, coming in for service, if he could tell me I’d the rear light we’re working before leaving the dealership. Had to wait way to long between settling my bill and actually getting the keys to the car. Also, my address on the invoice as well as my email address we’re wrong. However the 2 mail promotion pieces I got had the correct address. Just saying you need to update your records.

Sat for an hour for a scheduled service to be told my car was not going to be maintenance on last Saturday. My car SAT for an HOUR! I was asked to reschedule and my only time to take care of this is on a Saturday. This was a waste of my time. No discount or free service provider if I were to return. Just disappointed and will never do service here again.

Trey is service advisor I've never had the pleasure of working with in the years I've been going there for service. And after working with him this one time, I would be content if he the only one In the little cube office every time I go in. Just seems like a genuine,personable guy that's about the customer and people like Trey hard to find. DONT LET HIM GET AWAY .

Trey provided excellent service from the very beginning, the moment he answered my call to schedule me an appointment to bring my car in. He was very respectful and informative. When I went into the service department to drop off my keys I was greeted with a friendly smile, I felt welcomed! He genuinely looked like he wanted to be there and enjoys doing his job! He is the perfect example of excellent customer service!
