U guy's have had ons of the companys security cars for more then 3 months still have not got it back yet even tho we o k the repairs we had another pick up today because of taking to long for a alt replacement so we had it pick up today took it back to NTB for that an it will be ready tomorrow .paul gomez is taking to long .my Boss is not a happy guy at this time.we need the othsr car finished asap.

There is literally too much to even put into words how bad the experience with Paul and his lack of service. We have been dealing with an ongoing problem since March relating to services we pay for that we’re offered by your finance person……I’m wanting to take this to corporate, so if you really value my opinion as a customer, call me at +****-****-xxxx

We've been waiting almost a month for the part to come in. Which I can understand sometimes that takes a while. But the communication and following up was horrible! I've called multiple times and never received a phone call back when I asked to get one back but yet he never called me back. I had to come in physically and ask about my part and ask What was going on. I'm not upset about the part being coming in late but not returning phone calls Is BS
