1st, I was Double Billed for My Service. I PAID when I dropped my Vehicle off, and I was Billed once My Wife picked Up My Vehicle.
2nd. I purchased the Tire warranty and this makes the 5th time that I've taken my vehicle up there and Kia continues to tell me that there is NOTHING Wrong with my tire, yet I put Air in this tire every other day. Five Trips up to the Shop yet you can not locate the issue.
You have had my car since April 23rd of 2021 and I still don't have it today 10/21/2021. Paul is doing what he can but the physical service of KIA has really failed in this case.

I made an appointment to get a new for my Kia Optima. When I dropped my car off, somehow they had all of the information wrong in the system. Once we corrected the information I was told that I would receive a call after they run a diagnostic test. By the end of the day, I had not received a call so the next day I called for an update. I was told that someone would call me back. Hours later, when there was only 20 minutes before they closed I called again and was told that everyone had gone home for the day and someone would call me first thing in the morning. The next morning, day 3, still no call. All I needed was a new battery so I went to the dealership to find that my car had not even been touched yet! I believe the gentleman’s name was Eduardo. Well Eduardo then lied and said that he told me it would take 2-3 days. I would never have left my ONLY FORM OF TRANSPORTATION there for 3 days just for a battery. I asked for the direct supervisors number and was told that she was on vacation. I was highly disappointed with the service.
Paul had provided great service and was very helpful. Keep up the good work Paul. Awesome!!!

You kept my car from Monday to Wednesday without so much as looking at it and did not at any time call me with an update. You kept my car and did nothing.
Paul went above and beyond to help us with our service on our 2018 Kia, always pays attention to the smallest details. Our service today was exceptional. We are very satisfied with the work and service we received today.

I was told that this computer email was incorrect. I still do not have my car from an August service.

Worst customer service and communication i have ever had my car is still not ready even though i received an email confirmation that it was. I called multiple times on two different business days since the email and I was unable to speak to anyone in the service department both times and also was promised a callback on several different occasions which i never got. I have been out of a car for over a week now and been completely left out of the loop. I have never felt so undervalued and unappreciated as a customer.
Our salesman Jose Marquez was fantastic, and he really explained the entire process. We had agreed to a trade in of $2500, however the morning I drove the vehicle to KIA our trade in broke down. It was towed to KIA, and once I sat down to complete the financial documents, the trade was downgraded to $1,000 without any negotiation. We saw our truck being driven on the lot, the maintenance guys said the anit-freeze had been out. *we had just had it serviced for the inspection sticker 3 days before the trade, so maybe the mechanics left it dry.
I never saw Eduardo **** during the financial transaction, and since my husband wasn't with me at the moment, I didn't feel comfortable asking to speak to the Manager to request a negotiated trade price.
I had been trying for 1 1/2 days to see if someone had checked my car to get a diagnosis, but once I talked to Eduardo, he checked on it Wednesday afternoon and it was fixed Thursday morning and ready to go home. Thank you to Eduardo for taking good care of me. Thanks to Central Kia for their service. And the technician or technicians that worked on my car. Diann
