My car is still in fact broken. Same issues after picked up. It was in the shop for two weeks. And I was told to come pick it up everything fixed. Nothing was fixed. I was stranded on the side of the highway due to kias service’s. This is unacceptable.

Ya kept my car for two weeks and stated that they found nothing I had told ya that the fuse for the turning light on the right side in front was not working and I didn’t even get that fixed I would’ve paid for it they did nothing to my vehicle but just keep it it was a horrible service I’ve ever had never again by Kia

The service was satisfactory however I was disappointed that the car was not washed/vacuumed with my oil and tire rotation service that was done.

Kirk Sparks was great and really made the process easy. I’m really glad he told me about the shuttle service Kia offers. It made it easy to wait out the two hour wait. Give him extra PTO!

He supplied wonderful customer service. Came out told me what was causing the leak with my windshield washer and what needed to be replaced and what it was cost. Alerted me later that my car was almost ready and came back letting me know when it was.

Again, I had a 7:45 appointment for an oil change and it took more than two hours. I could have my oil changed at many places in Plano and it would take less than 30 minutes.

Hire additional staff to call owners about their vehicle status. If the repair queue is too long, just say so that it will be a while before they can get to it. Have a better sitting area for dropping off the vehicle. Don't make repairs without the approval of the owner.
