The policies and management were not very customer first on any of the issues. Overall it was the worst service I have ever had on a car — no follow up calls, no notices, no customer first and nobody really cared beyond managing the chaotic seen for the last year.
I don’t mind driving 52 miles to get my car services. However when I come to Kia of Plano I feel relieved I’m informed what’s going on with my car. This is not my first rodeo With your service department I feel comfortable bringing my car to there.Paul Gomez introduced himself to me 4 years ago if I have questions/concerns regarding my vehicle. I never forget that and he is always kind and helpful when ever I make the journey from N Ft Worth to Plano. Thanks service department . I know there is. Kia service closer to me but it is not the same experience as to when I come to Kia of Plano.

My car has had a glitch 4 the entire time I've had it anytime the temperature drops dramatically my check engine light comes on it goes off when it warms up again but I cannot get my inspection now because it's cold and it won't stay off even when they cleared the code so I can't get it inspected to get my tags. The manufacturer I cannot come up with a solution to do a recall on it so I've come multiple times for the mechanics to clear it but there is no way for me to tell if there's anything wrong with my car or if it's just the glitch.
Paul provided quick and friendly service as well as his business card for future situations. I'm glad he was there to help with my issue.

I brought my car in for maintenance and also stated the windshield wiper symbol was on even though we added fluid. When I gut home after the maintenance, the windshield fluid was not coming out at all. Not sure what was done to cause this, so I called and had to return the next day. The advisor did not know why this was now happening. A small amount is coming out now, but not nearly enough. So now I have to schedule yet another appointment and leave my vehicle for a half day so some diagnostics can be done. I'm very frustrated and disappointed because there was no wiper issue when I got there. Now I have this new problem that wasn't a problem until the maintenance was done. If something is now blocking the fluid, how did it all of a sudden get in there? I would like Emily to call me. My number is on file.

Not sure who greeted me when I walked in but I dropped my car off at 1145 for an oil change and added tire rotation for my appt after talking with service rep. Was informed service time would take about 1.5 hours. Received a text at 3 from an automated number that said it was Eduardo asking if I had questions and I responded asking for update on car bc I dropped it off 3 hours ago. Never received a response. Called at 4 and was told by whoever answered the phone that my car was ready for pick up. Why was I not called when it was ready? Similar experience with my wife happened 2 months ago so I don't think the breakdown is solely Eduardo.
