Great service and done on a timely matter
Wait times are way too long. I had a 10am appointment, waited 8 minutes before I got checked in. Then it was 2 hours before you began work on my car. I was the only person in the waiting room when I arrived. This was just for an oil change. I'll not return to this service department until you clean up your act. Situation was similar with my other car on August 25, but for that visit I gave the benefit of the doubt. I'm extremely disappointed and pissed off!!!

Charged $226 to tell me I need a battery. Total over $531 for a battery that went bad after only 3 years
