Appointment oct 4 2021 for 1 asked for oil change about time. Aprox 2. Ok at 2.30 was not started yet i read my text on inspection.was not told on delay.read inspect thought all was done. That date was april 4 2021 sent to me in waiting room at that time i didn't see date.my oxygen tank was going low had to go.. when i left kim said 2 people were in front of me.at 2.30 i was told out of courtesy to be ask to rebook.i have been 10 yrs loyal to Thomas kia and no one told me on time running late..no service no courtesy
.just needed the truth !! I called corporate on service not done. Nor told behind..ready about 2 pm. 2.30 not started ready inspiration from April 4 rel2021 Really !!! Disability on oxygen has to be told !!

Horrible sales experience, then when I came in for my first "complimentary" oil change.... of course I was charged full price, even though more than once I was promised it was complimentary. Then when I brought that to the cashiers attention she had nothing but attitude with me. Horrible experience yet again.
It took 3:45 for a oil change. They were taking more vehicles in than they could handle but no cars were coming out. TERRIBLE. And they ALL acted like it wasn’t big deal. I don’t care what their excuse was. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE
This was my first KIA and I can guarantee you that it’ll be my last.

Dan understood how concerned I was about my tire especially not having my husband around to help me. He also took care of my oil change too. Dan and Kim are the reasons why I don't want to go anyone else when it comes to my van. Thank you very much!!

A 2 hr. job and the car was **** 4 hrs. Honestly, between the service contract required maintenance, cost and lengthy repair times, I'm not so sure it's worth it. Doesn't even include my time. Wow ....

Repair or replace faulty engine in the 2016 Kia Optima. The mechanic told us Kia is aware of the issue with the cylinder and the engine burning oil. I always thought Kia stood behind their vehicles that’s why we and my brother in law always buy/lease cars at Thomas Kia. Very disappointed.
