Kim is absolutely fantastic!
I have always been treated with respect and explanations of everything that will need to be done. I trust that I will be given an honest and good service on my car with Highland Kia.
The issue I had is that I had to take my vehicle back twice for the problem to be fixed. It was a total inconvenience for me to have to take it back after I had made an appointment that I had to wait 3 weeks for.
It’s not the dealerships fault that my car was there for 3 months. Kim was awesome but I’m not satisfied with the situation.
Fast and friendly service
2cd time in for the same service, this time the problem was solved with the Horn.
We’ll see what happens with the seat belts going off randomly.
I brought my car in Friday, did not hearanything vuntil Monday. Communication was seriously lacking

Extremely slow 2.5 hours for an oil change that I waited for 5 weeks to get in. Offer a living wage to the mechanics who want to work.

I noticed the round oil filter cover door on the shroud was missing. It was always put back on after previous oil changes. I would like that to be replaced. It wasn't missing when I brought it in for service. Thanks.
I am concerned about my vehicle. I was in in Kuly and had issues with my oil pan. They fixed it. Now I was in because of carbon buildup in my neck gone and had to have yet another engine flush.
I hope this is not an indicator of things to come.
