I haven’t been to Thomas Kia for all change in couple years but since I bought my car this year from Thomas Kia I decided to try it again for an oil change and I was very happy I got my car back within an hour and he kept me informed.
My car still pulls to the left. I tried calling twice today and sent an email to service manager asking for someone to call me back. I paid $203 and my car feels like exactly the same. I would appreciate someone calling me back.
