I submitted my feedback via the initial survey. To reiterate, I was told it would be $200 flat for the brakes. I was anticipating sales tax, but I used a $20 coupon and then I was charged a $20 shop supplies fee. I am a frequent customer and get oil changes here often because its close by, but lately I have been needing to take my business elsewhere for multiple jobs since I feel like I am getting price gouged. I needed a oil pressure sensor fixed on my truck a few weeks ago. I requested an estimate from Champion and was told it would be $500. I had a local mechanic do it for $75.

Bought a truck that they raised the price up 1,000 as soon as i said i wanted it and went to do the financing. Nothing had beem done to it after taking it in on a trade in not even an oil change after i was lied to and said it had been done, sunroofs broke, motors ticking, had to argue just to get a detail done on it and not charged for it , still waiting for an apt for that , has been almost a week and still no truck yet.
