Thanks for the expedient process of maintenance. I was explained it would be an hour and a half wait but it turned out to be about 50 minutes.
Jonathan was fine but service was not as top notch today as I am used to with Bob Boyte. My car was parked out from the building instead of outside the door like it usually is. It has not been washed or vacuumed which has always been done in the past.

It was the way she greeted me. She did know us, yet she listened to our need for service on our lease vehicle. She provided a ride to my home so that I would not have to wait for the service to be completed. All the service was done properly and professional.

I wish people were wearing masks to prevent COVID-19. I am a nurse and I am immunocompromised and was uncomfortable the whole two hours I was there today. The service people were great. I drove all the way from Madison to get my service. I am just ready for pandemic to be over.

Problem with tires cupping and noisy even though I keep them rotated. Had the same problem with my 2018 CRV. They couldnt tell me why I was having this problem at 15,000 miles on our 2021. Recommended new tires and an alignment at my cost. I declined. Disappointed to have this same problem with 2 cars. Will be our last Honda. Thanks
