Did not find out why the engine is cutting out. It did cut out on the way home. I know it’s hard to find out some thing like this.

My 2015 Honda Accord needed an oil change,and was serviced promptly and efficiently.
Everytime I have come in for whatever reason since the first time I’ve always dealt with Lewis. He is always very helpful and patient with all the questions I ask about whatever. He goes above and beyond with his customer service and he is the reason I return to your dealership.
Lewis & Matthew were friendly, informative and delivered the work requested in a timely manner. We were from out of state and on our way home when we discovered a low tire that had a nail in it. Honda was able to fix the flat & wash the car while we ate breakfast with family just a couple blocks away. Definitely lived up to excellent service.
I came in for oil change on Friday for my HRV. Awesome service! Very quick, and staff was friendly and professional.

I had a 10:30 appt to get an oil change. I checked in about 10:20. Was told it would be about 1 to 1-1/2 hours, because it had been a busy morning and with no appt it would be about 3 hours. About 11:45, I asked the status of my vehicle. I was told there were 2 vehicles in line before me and that it takes about 10 minutes each. And there is a line dedicated to appts. Shortly afterwards, while I continued to wait, 2 customers that had sat down after me, were able to leave because their vehicles were ready before mine. Finally, about 12:30, my vehicle was ready. There is no reason for Bob Boyte to make appts. I prefer to take my vehicle there, but after today, I see no reason to.
Lewis was very respectful and listened to the issues I was experiencing. He promised that he would make sure everything was looked at and got fixed.
