I didn’t know my vehicle had been ready (following an oil change) for a little while. Until I noticed outside -just sitting there. I had to take the initiative-to get checked out-so I could finally leave-after waiting for 2 hours. The representative that helped me was just chatting with a coworker -when I asked if I was ready to go.
Service was great as usual.
