I use to be a detailer for mid south auto auction. There where smears on dashboard and front window and the vents were not cleaned as far as where your air conditioner comes out . The screen had bad smears ! Hand prints on car . Dirt in the creases of seat . They did not temp to shampoo backseats or front . I just went ahead and finished it up . It was the first time I have ever used anyone for detailing on my car and for 150.00 they might have done a seventy dollar job . I was happy to get it back but disappointed in the detail for that price .
I will always use you all for the oil change and etc but detail is out .

The only reason I had y’all detail it is I was running behind on getting things done and I was excited about seeing detail but was disappointed. I normally keep it detailed weekly by myself but like I said I was running way behind. Just letting you know know personally how I felt but not mad just know I got to keep it up for myself.
My car was not washed good and I know you say car wash is courtesy but I paid for that in my maintenance contract for 24 month. I told the man before that my car had not been washed well last time. Is customer service not what you are looking for. To have happy customer is to have a repeat buyer. If car wash doesn’t work we’ll make improvement. Petty peck says they give car wash for life.
