The repair was quite expensive. A hubcap was damaged but I was told the car arrived that way and I have no way to prove elsewise.

The day in question they had to get a special part for my husband's car and we knew it was going to take a bit longer than the original planned oil change. Which is fine. There was an incident with one of the mechanics having to leave immediately and it meant me waiting even longer for the work to be done. Which again I understand. What I found very rude was that after realizing how long things were taking, I wasn't offered a car so I could finally go home to my daughter or even told about the issue until the very wonderful gentleman who checked me in when I first got there came and sat with me and explained the situation after realizing nobody came to talk to me. He said he wanted to offer a rental but the woman said not to. I am upset that he was the only one trying to explain things and help and that I got left sitting there for over 3 hours when the policy states that if a service is going to take longer than one hour a free rental will be offered.
