Took 2 hours for an oil change
You may have been short-staffed today, but this was the first time it took two and a half hours for a routine oil change/inspection.

I haven’t had a chance to drive it that much yet but everybody I talk to at Toyota was super nice but I’ve got to bring it back Monday. The passenger window will not roll up. Don’t know if it’s anything to do with the fuse or cause I don’t know anything about a car so hopefully it’s a quick fix. See you Monday before the rain gets here. Thank you.

The young lady and young man working the service desk checking people in and out and doing a lot of dirty work and valuable work building relationships are great. They deserve a huge thank you and a raise. If not for their courtesy and help I might go elsewhere. They keep me coming back.
