My husband told me that all I needed on my 2023 Sienna van, was tire rotation and top off fluids. When I got there I was informed that I needed oil change also. I relaid what my husband said needed doing and should have to pay, since we had not reach the 25,000 miiles or 2years. My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. since had an appt. At 10:00 I should have had plenty of time. I was not informed that the service dept. would send text to my phone. I asked at 9:45 if I would be done soon and why it was taking so long. She forgot to info me there was a recall they were taking care of. I was out of there at 10:10. The other issue was I had to pay for oil change that we did not need. My husband called back and got that straighten out. We have credit for next time because we were still under it mileage and not 2 years old. We are long standing clients of this Toyota and their service dept has been part of that reason! I realize that they are hiring younger people but sometimes they try to act like they know what they are doing, when they don’t and they don’t ask for help when they don’t know.
What we thought was a cut and dry appt. Turned into a very stressful morning. Thanks for letting me vent.

I chose a no due to the fact it took 3 calls to have anyone answer the service dept phone. No one called me back until the third day when I complained to a person in the Chevrolet part of the business. Also I could not get the online appt site to work. This was the first time scheduling a service spot was so difficult. I can only hope this is not going to be the new service style.
Robert is always friendly, knowledgeable, and works to answer my questions. He's a total professional and a great front face of your service department!
One hour 45 minutes for a 45 minute oil change is not acceptable. How about letting the customer know if extended time is needed?
My BlueDriver is still showing two permanent codes after service:
P0441 – EVAP System Incorrect Purge Flow: This means the purge flow in the evaporative emissions system is not occurring as expected. Possible causes include a faulty purge valve, vacuum leak, or EVAP system malfunction.
P0455 – EVAP System Leak Detected (Gross Leak): This indicates a large leak in the EVAP system, which could be caused by a loose or damaged gas cap, cracked EVAP hoses, faulty canister or valves, or a fuel tank issue.
I'd appreciate a follow-up to confirm whether these issues were addressed during service or if additional diagnostics are needed. Thank you.

Always get good service. Had ran over something that got on my van that even a detailer was stunned over but after my oil change they took to their shop and was shocked to hear they just used a power sprayer and it came right off. Told the detailer and he was surprised too stating he thought it would have affected the paint, but it didn’t. Great job.
