I was given some instructions on my phone re my request for a new battery. I did not like this long explanation. Then I noticed that my initials were already put on the form which means I agree with all of the information. I saw that it said I agreed to have advertisements sent to my phone and other information. I went to the desk and ask the lady why were my initials on the paper. She said she put my initials on it. She seemed to be upset. Then I thought I was the one that should be upset. Then I left.
