I’m a widow and have only lived here for a couple of years. I have taken my car in several time for various things and have always been 100% pleased. I didn’t purchase my car in Murray because I lived in Florida, but have gotten the same courteous, professional and spectacular treatment. I would never go anywhere else.

Outstanding customer service

My appointment was for 9:30 a.m. for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The gentlman at the service desk checked in the vehicle and did a walk around. I drove by the dealership at 11:30 to see if my truck was finished and it was not. It was parked outside the garage. I came back at 2:30 p.m. to see if any progress was made and nothing had been done. My truck had been on your dealership for 5 hours and nothing had been worked on. The gentleman at the service desk was very understanding of my frustration and offered a free service but after your service bteam has shown they have no sense of time management or how to follow a schedule, it made me questioned whether they knew how to do any mechanical work. I will never come back here to get my truck service and will tell others to take their business elsewhere. The only positive part of my experience with Toyota of Murray was the gentleman at the front desk. Overall I am very disappointed and will not be back.
