Everything was good about the service of my vehicle at Timbrook KIA today, but I do wish it could have been a little faster.

I originally made an appt just for an oil change. The day the before the appt I called to add additional service that was needed. I needed a new battery, a new brake light and a slow leak in a tire. They assured me that they could complete all of the service needed on my van. I was on a tight time schedule. I let Brian know what time I needed to leave by. He assured me that either my van would be ready or Kia would provide a loaner vehicle. I was very happy that the car was ready exactly when they said it would be.

There was two other guy there that was very nice also
