Was approached by too many people to purchase multiple packages and cars. No intention of doing anything other than my routine maintenance appt. I appreciate the information but do not like “pushy” salespeople coming from all corners.

Appointment for oil change 1:30. I sat in waiting room until 3:30. Asked what the status of my car was. I looked behind service area and saw it parked. It was not serviced! I had purchased my car at this dealership in March and had a good experience with them. Your service department is lacking service! I was angry and told the guy I’m done give me my keys. I left. Called timbrook about 15 min later while on the way home to let them know what happened. 35 min there and 35 back 2 hours waiting no service and I had a appointment! Incompetent people
