Matt was exceptionall as is the whole team at Kia Covina. They are all always so courteous and helpful. I appreciate that Matt text me that if I needed anything or had any questions I could text him. I love that a team member always calls me when my car is done being serviced. I’m never pressured into adding services to my car. However, I do appreciate the suggestions they do offer. Last visit we did many of them. It is always a pleasure to go there!

nt was necessary since my car sat untouched for an hour and a half. Appointments should mean something to the customer and more importantly the dealership.

First I heard when I bought a Kia that the service was great. ( I’ve only had my car for half a year) but this is the second time I’ve come and MADE AN APPT, and it’s taken over 3 hours. Being called its ready. Standing outside and had to complain and wait again! Horrible. Let alone they said no more car wash but they clean windows and vacuum. The windows were worse if they would’ve just left them alone!
I really hope these comments are read because I’m so dissatisfied with the overall experience!

That was some of the worst service I’ve ever had. I took my car on Monday morning at 7:15 AM which was my given appointment. There was at least 15 other people. Who were given the same appointment time. It took them forever for them to get my car Checked in. Then a whole week went by and finally on Friday afternoon. I picked up the car myself because nothing had been done yet. No diagnostic had even taken place.
While I wanted my car(yellow soul) washed I fully understand your people not doing it. What I do not appreciate is that the inside of my car was trashed literally trashed. I keep in my car for spot cleaning as well as emergency needs. I will pursue all my options to correct this intolerable violations to my belongings created by your service representative . Beverly S

Your check in process could be improved. I booked an appt online and upon arrival the tech said his tablet could not access appointments made on line. It appears you use different modes of appt booking and communication, with each not being as effective as the other.
Otherwise I was very pleased with my experience.
I was waiting way to long. My appoinment was at 10 and I didnt leave there until 3 30. That's ridiculous
