Eric Perez did a good job, courteous and knowledgeable, the prices at the Dealership are a highway robbery, charging $250.00 for adjusting the headlights, that is abusing the customer.
Mike was nice but it’s just way too expensive for the services. There are no packages to help with the cost. I would like to see some time of incentive for us customers.

The seat warmers in the back seat stopped working since I got my car back from having the Fuel Pump replaced. Before me taking my car to Kia all my seat warmers were working perfectly and now they are not.
Total service experience with Michael was professional, communicated well, introduce me to the new technology. I was so surprised that Kia is so up-to-date with this wonderful technology of being able to see my car serviced in real time when the technician is actually working on it. Good job Kia!!

This was my first time at Covina Kia, and my experience was average. Michael was kind and professional and I’m sure the car technicians did all the services perfectly. However, there were 2 issues that affected my overall satisfaction. First, the entire process took way too long. My appointment was at 10:30 AM, but I was not picked up until 3:45 PM because they gave the driver the wrong phone number, and he contacted the wrong person and thought I was already picked up. Then, I noticed they did not fix the air bubbles on the side of the audio unit. I had to go back to the store to ask, in which Michael then told me that he’s waiting to get approval to fix that and to call him next week. He didn’t say anything when I paid, which makes me think had I not noticed and gone back to ask, he would’ve said nothing. It was 4 PM by the time all services were completely, which took 5.5 hours! My entire day was affected because of this.
