It was quick and efficient. Would have love to have my engine looked at and fixed, as these were engines replaced at no cost, because of the oil burning due to your engines. As I have to top off every two weeks.
But other than that service was great

Today was our first time having a service done at that dealership, I have to mention that Erick was exceptionally professional with a sense of urgency to have our car serviced. He treated us well with lots of respect and went beyond to get the information about our cars ( something we have never had other places done for us before). We are very satisfied with this visit and surely be coming back to have our cars serviced at Covina Kia.

George is good about keeping me posted on repair status. Car returned to me sooner than expected.
We did not get clear instructions on what our car needed. We waited for the estimate of 3.30hours just for them to do a simple recall and tell us what the car needs. We asked for more further instructions but did not answer our questions well. We truly felt like we wasted our time. We didnt like the overall customer service.
Despite making an appointment and leaving my car all day, no work was done. I was offered the opportunity to reschedule, which I did. I asked if this time it would be same day and advised that this will take two days. I’m glad I asked, as I’ll need to make alternate transportation arrangements if I can’t drive home at the end of the day.
I also enjoyed receiving texts from staff, however neither one ever received my replies.

This second recall repair service visit was better than the first time. At least the problem was actually fixed. But it should not have taken TWO visits to accomplish one repair. Very poor planning and service delivery for an open recall. Parts should be on the shelf to take care of customers impacted by any recall.
