Put the customer first when it comes to shuttles. Not to run erands for the staff like picking up food or plates and napkins when custo.ers are waiting to be picked up.

The service department is a **** joke. It took over 5 hours to get my vehicle back then they still had the nerve to charge me over $300 for their absolute dog **** service. **** you all for ruining my Saturday with your extremely slow service and for completely overcharging me for it. It was just a simple oil change for fucks sake. **** you all!!!!

The service took twice as long as I was told when I made the appointment.I was prompt so I don't understand why I was made to wait so long to basically rotate my tires also my text wasn't answered when I had a question. So as a result since my next service call isn't free I will be going to a local kia dealer.

Mike was a true professional through and through. Never giving me any unnecessary information and just what was needed. The service was very good Michael was very helpful and I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours so that was very good but the service I have always gotten at Covina Kia has always been excellent thank you so much Michael for being so helpful and kind it is greatly appreciated.
