Staff greeted me right away. My advisor was pleasant and respectful. Service maintainance was done in a timely manner and they kept me updated while working on my vehicle. So far great customer service.
I was not given a clear time frame on how long it would take to get my car fixed. Every time I called, there should be an answer by the next day. Never reached out to give me any updates. All I received were text messages to not hesitate to reach out, any questions or concerns etc. when I respond to the text, NO RESPONSE. This is not the first time that I have been here and received this type of service. This will be the LAST TIME that my family and I bring our vehicle to COVINA KIA. I will also spread the word about such horrible service that I received here.
Michael is the absolute best
George is always great. I was on a cruise for the week and I wasn't able to respond to the text messages I received. My wife took my car in for the oil change. The bill was 300 and is too expensive to continue to get oil changes here. However, I have no complaints with my service here. Thank you George for your professionalism and you are always accommodating and helpful.
The actual service to the car was excellent. However, it took nearly four hours.

Our Sorento keeps losing oil every 500 miles. A quart of oil has to be added every time. My car was not taken back to be looked at.
We are always on top of getting the Sorento maintenance prior to it's scheduled service. We have receipts for everything from our auto mechanic.
We are aware that there was a lawsuit in regards to this same situation that we are going through and yet Kia will not fix the problem.
A mechanic came out and spoke to my husband, who completely understood our situation, but wasn't able to assist us.
When we were scheduling our appointment, we were told there were cars with the same situation that were being serviced with a new engine. So, I find that quite odd why couldn't our Sorento be repaired. Regardless if a person has a warranty or not, Kia should be held accountable for all the issues people are having.

I have lost trust in Covina Kia as I feel he was trying to take advantage of us by charging more than what should be charged for the service we had done. When I first checked in I asked for a print off of breakdown and only one piece of it had a breakdown and rest was clumped in so couldn’t see what being charged for each piece of service. Was told one price when dropped off then when showed up to pick up were told a price several hundred dollars higher. So we asked for a breakdown again and this time were provided a breakdown with higher price where if we didn’t stand there to investigate the pricing we wouldn’t have seen that he was trying to double charge for labor. Once we called it out he all of a sudden changed the total amount to take it off. No I am sorry or I made a mistake ….you can decide if it was a mistake or not. I am now questioning how much we were still overcharged for the service and am questioning previous service also. Lastly it took very long for them to bring the car around.
