I wanted to bring in my car for service but had a disagreement the time before when I brought it in with Eric Perez. I asked him after that, if i could make an appointment with him to bring in my car to service again but he completely ignored me. I figure he took that argument personally. He just asked for my VIN and then ghosted me after.
When I scheduled my appt. I was told 2-3 days just to diagnose my car--already a ridiculous amount of time to leave it without any actual repairs--and no loaner provided. But when I checked in, I was told 4-5 days to diagnose it, still with no loaner available! I had to rent a car with no reimbursement! No meaningful update until I called and was told the part was on back order and I was #6 in the queue for a loaner. Almost two weeks later, it's ready!
This is the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I've ever had from a service Dept. and I will not purchase another Kia and will recommend others not buy one as well. This LOW LEVEL OF SERVICE is inexcusable!
The service advisor albert seemed to have no concern of why i was there he really didnt acknowledge me ...now trish and josh they where great other than me waiting almost two hrs for my loaner car which i do not blame trish for ..but when i asked albert his response was i dont know i guess there washing it and tgat was it
Joshua is courteous in dealing with customer, He explain in detail on what to be done on the carHe report like progress of work in detail.
He communicated even when I knew it was a busy day. He did a great job, and the car was ready at the predicted time.
They told me that I was going to get my vehicle vacuum and my windows clean and they didn’t do it
Michael was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in until he handed the key back at the end.
Everyone was very professional, I had a pleasant experience. Exceptional customer service from the gentleman that assisted me at the check-in and checkout counter. Overall a ten out of ten.
